Shenzhen, China - Super-curing has released a low viscosity UV optical adhesive engineered for optical film lamination and display screen assembly. Formulated at a 500-1500 cP low viscosity grade, the adhesive spreads into a thin, uniform layer that releases air quickly, producing a bubble-free and highly transparent optical bond. Under a professional UV light source the material cures in only 3-30 seconds, making it suitable for automated lamination lines where cycle time drives output.

In optical bonding, the thickness and uniformity of the adhesive layer determine clarity, haze and long-term reliability. A low viscosity grade flows across PET, TAC and polarizer film without leaving voids, and it deaerates faster than higher viscosity alternatives. Operators should apply a thin, uniform layer to prevent overflow and edge contamination, allow adequate deaeration, and confirm the UV light actually reaches the bond line - UV-blocking or opaque films may not cure fully. A 365nm or 395nm UV LED curing lamp is recommended. Protective gloves and safety goggles should be worn, and bottles should stay sealed in a cool, dark, dry place with an unopened shelf life of approximately 12 months.
